Patricia Mroczek

Communications Manager

Patricia Mroczek is the communications manager for the College of Engineering. She is responsible for media relations, publications and public relations for the college. She joined MSU in June 2013.

She comes to MSU from Kettering University, where she served as the chief public relations officer. A newspaper reporter by training, she has worked in higher education communications at Eastern Michigan University, Adrian College and Ohio State University. She holds a master's degree in Journalism from Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Central Michigan University.

Kelley Monterusso

Director of Communications and Marketing Strategy

Kelley Monterusso is the director of communications and marketing strategy for the College of Engineering. She serves as a communications consultant to the executive staff of the college and is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communications plans. She has more than 25 years of experience in communications, marketing, and organizational development within higher education, professional services, and information technology and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Davenport University, a Master of Science in Communications degree from Grand Valley State University, and is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree from Bridges Graduate School for Cognitive Diversity in Education. She joined the MSU College of Engineering in August 2020.
